Schiedel Isokern Pumice Double Module

The team at FuelSmart will provide you with design drawings for your chimney system. Send your architectural drawings (including dimensions) for a quotation. Prior to commencement, a Schiedel representative can provide onsite training; demonstrating the construction of the Isokern DM system to the appropriate trades to achieve a successful installation.

With our comprehensive knowledge of the new build construction we appreciate and work with you to meet your timescales and build programmes.

When planning to build a self supporting chimney the Schiedel pumice double module system is ideal. The DM 36 system has an internal diameter of 150mm, which means a wood burning stove with an outlet of 150mm can be fitted without the need for an additional flexi flue liner. A great solution to cost savvy house builders. If larger flue diameters are required for different appliances then DM 44 (180mm and 200mm) and DM 54 (300mm and 345mm) are also available.

The DM systems are suitable for wood logs, solid fuel, oil and gas (not suitable for condensing appliances such as pellet and biomass).

Benefits
  • Zero distance to combustibles on straight rendered chimneys (when using top ring terminal)

  • Quick and easy to assemble

  • Lightweight materials, easy to handle

  • Highly insulating pumice for better draw and minimum heat loss

  • Staggered joints for maximum safety and stability

  • Air gaps between outer casing and flue prevents surface staining

  • Good resistance to temperature variations gives the maximum performance for your appliance

  • CE Certified to EN1858 with the designation T450, NI, D, 3, G (00)
